02Common questions
How does matching work? TennisBFF suggests compatible players based on your skill level, schedule, home court, and playing style. Every match is planned in advance — there's no instant matching or court booking.
Why do I need to verify my profile? A quick selfie confirms your photos are really you. Verification keeps the community real and reduces catfishing.
How do I change my home court? Open your profile, tap edit, and choose a new home court. You always have exactly one home court.
How do I manage notifications? Control match reminders and other notifications in the app settings, and toggle system permissions from your device settings.
03Account & data
- Update your profile. Edit your name, photos, level, availability, and home court any time in the app.
- Delete your account. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile from discovery and deletes your personal data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Request your data. Email privacy@tennisbff.com to request a copy or deletion of your personal information.
04Safety
Matches happen in the real world between independent players. Meet in public, use good judgment, and take responsibility for your own safety when playing with someone new. If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the in-app report button or email us — we review every report.
