Welcome to TennisBFF. These terms are an agreement between you and TennisBFF, Inc. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TennisBFF. By using the app you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you're not barred from using the service under any applicable law.

02Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• Use real photos of yourself and complete identity verification when asked.
• Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person; don't impersonate anyone else.

03Community conduct

TennisBFF only works if people treat each other well. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Use the app for solicitation, spam, or commercial promotion.
• Repeatedly no-show or otherwise disrupt planned matches.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to.

TennisBFF has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content is filtered automatically and may be reported or blocked by any user. We review every report and remove offending content and eject the responsible user within 24 hours. By using TennisBFF you agree to these terms; there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

04Matches & meeting in person

TennisBFF helps you plan matches, but the games happen in the real world between independent players. We don't book courts, supervise matches, or vet players beyond profile verification. Use good judgment, meet in public, and take responsibility for your own safety when playing with someone new.

05Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant TennisBFF a non-exclusive license to host and display that content so the app can function. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

06Suspension & termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines, or where needed to protect other players or the service.

07Disclaimers

TennisBFF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that you'll find a partner, that matches will go ahead, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TennisBFF, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other players.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
